ABOUT MANDY CITY OF GOD
At Mandy City of God Ministry, we base all of our beliefs on the authority of Scripture. In every way, we strive to maintain Biblical standards of living and leadership. We believe that living life according to God’s Word is the way to an abundant, fulfilling life.
We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that God the Father is the Creator of the world and is actively involved in humanity. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to this earth as Savior of the world. We believe that the Holy Spirit is continuing the work of Jesus upon the earth. See Matthew 28:19.
WATER BAPTISM
We believe that water baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of the blood of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. See 1 Peter 3:21.
COMMUNION
We believe in the regularly receiving Communion as an act of remembering the sacrifice that Jesus made for us through dying on the cross. See 1 Corinthians 11:24-25.
